Symptoms
On Oracle version 10.2.0.3.0, the instance crashed and the following error occurred.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbzpbuf_1], [4], [1], [], [], [], [], []
Just prior to the error, a Corrupt Block is reported:
Corrupt block relative dba: 0x27022a00 (file 156, block 141824)
Bad header found during preparing block for write
Data in bad block:
type: 2 format: 0 rdba: 0x00008bb6
last change scn: 0x057c.52e4232f seq: 0x0 flg: 0x00
spare1: 0x0 spare2: 0x0 spare3: 0x732
consistency value in tail: 0x0000ae3e
check value in block header: 0xb
block checksum disabled
where a Corrupt block of type: 2 is an UNDO block.
The database has database links and they are being used in distributed transactions.
The database parameter _IN_MEMORY_UNDO has NOT been set to FALSE.
