Symptoms

A full Datapump export with the CONTENT=ALL FULL=Y DIRECTORY=DATA_PUMP_DIR DUMPFILE=test.dmp command line options fails with:


The output of a query on DBA_REGISTRY shows all database components are of the correct version and in a valid state. There are no invalids objects in database.
