ORA-48318 Scheduling a Job (Doc ID 1056873.1)

Symptoms

On nightly job schedule, the following error occurs:
    ORA-48318: ADR Relation [HM_FINDING] of version=3 cannot be supported

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setting Resource Manager plan SCHEDULER[0x2C0B]:DEFAULT_MAINTENANCE_PLAN via scheduler window
2. Setting Resource Manager plan DEFAULT_MAINTENANCE_PLAN via parameter
