(G)V$AQ View Showing Incorrect Value On Column "READY" For Multi-Consumer Queues

Symptoms
Column "READY" of view (g)V$AQ does not match with "MSG_STATE" column from queue table AQ$<queue table>.
The messages count will not decrease, even if they have been processed already at the queue table. They will decrease only once qmn process takes in place and clean the processed messages at the queue table.
With this behavior, views v$aq or gv$aq are unusable on fly to retrieve the real number of messages in "READY" status.
