Advanced Replication Environment with Master Sites below 11.1.
Symptoms
In an advanced replication environment you find on deferror view transactions that have failed with error ORA-942 followed by ORA-1403 error.
The error is caused due to a call that is an UPDATE or an INSERT on a table with LOB.

Notes on Doc ID 1010810.102 have been visited and do not find the cause of the error.
Changes
A new set up of advance replication environment has been created or it has been modified to include replication of tables with LOB contents.
