Symptoms

If AUDIT_TRAIL is set to XML,EXTENDED then CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW fails with the following errors:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kzaxpsqtxt3-Err encode xml text], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-10980: prevent sharing of parsed query during Materialized View query generation



conn / as sysdba

alter system set audit_trail=XML,EXTENTED scope=spfile;
shutdown immediate
startup

drop user testmatview cascade
