The following error can occur when creating a materialized view, where the FAST REFRESH option is chosen, and the Master Table is located on a remote database. Thus utilizing a <DBLink_Name> in the mview definition.
For example:

No changes as such. The issue only occurs for non local mviews (Master table on a remote database) where a Database Link is used in the mview definition.
