Mount 10g Database reports error ORA-29701 when using ASM 11gR2 SIHA

Symptoms
After installing SIHA or Standalone Grid Infrastructure 11gR2, having configured the ASM instance, trying to startup the 10.2.0.4 database, it failed with following error:
ORA-00202: control file: '+<DG_NAME>/<DB_NAME>/controlfile/current.276.690913449'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +<DG_NAME>/<DB_NAME>/controlfile/current.276.690913449
ORA-15001: diskgroup "<DG_NAME>" does not exist or is not mounted
ORA-15077: could not locate ASM instance serving a required diskgroup
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Manager
