VIP Fails to Start After Subnet Change

CRS resource VIP can not be started with error messages:
$ srvctl start nodeapps -n rac2
rac2:ora.rac2.vip:Interface eth0 checked failed (host=rac2.mycorpdomain.com)
rac2:ora.rac2.vip:Interface eth1 checked failed (host=rac2.mycorpdomain.com)
rac2:ora.rac2.vip:Invalid parameters, or failed to bring up VIP (host=rac2.mycorpdomain.com)
CRS-1006: No more members to consider
CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.rac2.vip'.
The host public IP address on this RAC node is changed from one subnet to another subnet.
