Symptoms
"srvctl status scan" and "ps -ef | grep tns" shows SCAN1 listeners are enabled and running, but "lsnrctl service" command doesn't work against SCAN listener without setting TNS_ADMIN environment.
Changes
11gR2 Grid Infrastructure is installed as a user different from the existing oracle database user. TNS_ADMIN environment variable is unset and 3 SCAN Listeners are running out of GRID_HOME.
