Symptoms
So far, we have seen these internal errors raised under the 2 following situations:
1. Your computation of Cost-Based Optimizer statistics on partitioned tables, run with parameters: FOR ALL COLUMNS SIZE AUTO, APPROX_GLOBAL AND PARTITION and DEFAULT for estimate size failed with ORA-600 internal error [kksfbc-wrong-kkscsflgs]
The LAST_ANALYZED time on each object was current after the statistics computation failed, but you are not sure they are accurate.
2. Your alert log is showing ORA-600 internal error [kksfbc-5wrong-kkscsflgs]. At the same moment, you also noticed several sessions waiting on 'cursor: mutex S'.
