make -f demo_rdbms.mk buildocci EXE=occilbar.cpp OBJS=occilbar.o

If set on the client side NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8
demo program is throwing

Error number: 32103
ORA-32103: error from OCI call

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'oracle::occi::SQLException'
what(): ORA-03127: no new operations allowed until the active operation



set the NLS_LANG on the client to a multibyte characterset
