Symptoms

DataPump import fails with errors:

ORA-39083: Object type TABLE failed to create with error:
ORA-2270: no matching unique or primary key for this column-list

or:

ORA-31684: Object type CONSTRAINT:"<CONSTRAINT_NAME>" already exists
Processing object type TABLE_EXPORT/TABLE/INDEX/STATISTICS/INDEX_STATISTICS

ORA-39111: Dependent object type INDEX_STATISTICS skipped, base object type
INDEX:"<INDEX_NAME>" already exists

when importing a reference partitioned table.
