Symptoms
Alert log reports errors like
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [_memset()+120] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFF7FFF5EB8] [PC:0xFFFFFFFF7C700F78] [Address not mapped to object]
and
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 123416 bytes (QERHJ hash-joi,kllcqas:kllsltba)
This memset error is occurring intermittently.
The errors are accompanied by next message:
"kkjcre1p: unable to spawn jobq slave process "
