Symptoms

IMPDP raises the following errors when importing index statistics:

Processing object type DATABASE_EXPORT/SCHEMA/TABLE/INDEX/STATISTICS/INDEX_STATISTICS
ORA-39083: Object type INDEX_STATISTICS failed to create with error:
ORA-01821: date format not recognized
