JMS-401 reported when using Advanced Queueing HTTPS Propagation (Doc ID 1073858.1)

Symptoms

A JMS-401 error is reported when using Advanced Queueing (AQ) https propagation using the AQPropServlet.

Exactly the same environment will propagate messages successfully when using AQ http propagation.

The following is reported in the AQxmlDebug trace for the falling https setup
