Symptoms

Each session seems to generate a trace file for the statement:

SELECT UTL_INADDR.GET_HOST_ADDRESS(DVSYS.DBMS_MACADM.GET_INSTANCE_INFO('HOST_NAME')) FROM DUAL

In the associated trace file we have:

*** 2010-03-10 09:21:05.797
*** SESSION ID:(21.2876) 2010-03-10 09:21:05.797
*** CLIENT ID:() 2010-03-10 09:21:05.797
*** SERVICE NAME:(DB_HLDT) 2010-03-10 09:21:05.797
*** MODULE NAME:(java.exe) 2010-03-10 09:21:05.797
*** ACTION NAME:() 2010-03-10 09:21:05.797
