ORA-7445 [PBVFRAME_SETUP] Using PL/SQL Developer (Doc ID 1074885.1)

Running declare <name> binary_integer; begin <name> := <SCHEMA_NAME>.DEBUG_LOOP; end; returns the following error:

Probe:S:get_scalar: exception 10: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

30 minutes later ORA-7445 [pbvframe_setup] is generated.

The trace file shows the program in use:
