Symptoms

1.  Create or Replace a Procedure can report ORA-07445 [kql_gen_table_diana] errors in the alert log

SQL> @sdtm_mm_refresh_proc.sql
CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE <SCHEMA>.<PROCEDURE_NAME>
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

2. The following errors are reported in the alert.log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kql_gen_table_diana()+828] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000050] [] []
