Symptoms

While executing a trigger through a merge operation, we are encountering a core dump:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kglpnp()+026c] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xD0] [PC:0x100C7932C] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []
