Incompatible jre from OS and Oracle staging area.

On the same box 11GR1 runInstaller starts with no problem or issue.

Tried using jre from OS and same error:

runInstaller -jreLoc /usr/java6_64/jre -silent -debug -force -ignoreSysPrereqs -invPtrLoc $ORACLE_HOME/oraInst.loc -responseFile <Location of your response file>
