Goal

The Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control is listing the following packages in Policy Violations -> Current - > 'Libraries in CRITICAL' : 


DBMS_JOB, DBMS_LOB, DBMS_SYS_SQL, UTL_TCP, UTL_FILE, UTL_SMTP,
DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSIONS and DBMS_RANDOM with the hint 'Ensures PUBLIC is
not granted EXECUTE privileges on DBMS_SYS_SQL package'.
