Wrong Results from PX Query with EXISTS and NOT EXISTS Predicate (Doc ID 1079184.1)

Symptoms

The following query returns rows in serial what is correct and no rows in parallel. 

SELECT * 
FROM   NDH_Q.RAHMENVERTRAEGE q 
WHERE  NOT EXISTS (SELECT 1 
FROM   NDH_Z.RAHMENVERTRAEGE zTest 
WHERE  zTest.RAVE_LFD_NR = q.RAVE_LFD_NR) 
AND    ((EXISTS (SELECT 1 
FROM   NDH_Z.haendler h 
WHERE  h.haen_eigenes_unternehmen = 'J' 
AND    h.haen_ist_haendler = 'J' 
AND    h.haen_gueltigkeitsbereich = q.rave_id_verbrauchsart 
AND    (h.haen_lfd_nr = q.rave_haendler_lfd_nr OR h.haen_lfd_nr = 
q.rave_beistellungshaen_lfd_nr OR 
       h.haen_lfd_nr = q.rave_notlieferant_lfd_nr OR h.haen_lfd_nr =

Query may return wrong result too, instead of no rows, in parallel.
