Symptoms

Upgraded database from10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.1.  The following errors are displayed in the upgrade log:

ORA-22324: altered type has compilation errors
ORA-22328: object "SYS"."AQ$_REG_INFO" has errors.
PLS-00488: 'AQ$_REG_INFO' must be a type
ORA-06550: line 0, column 0:
PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated
