Symptoms
Chapter 2.3.2 of the Oracle Rdb Extension for SQL Developer User's Guide V7.3 describes how to run RMU reports, and specifies that this requires Command Line (CLI) access, which is not the default for the JDBC for Rdb server. The following example shows how to enable CLI access (copied from the User's Guide):
