Chapter 2.3.2 of the Oracle Rdb Extension for SQL Developer User's Guide V7.3 describes how to run RMU reports, and specifies that this requires Command Line (CLI) access, which is not the default for the JDBC for Rdb server. The following example shows how to enable CLI access (copied from the User's Guide):

However, even if the xml formatted configuration file is set up as shown in the User's Guide, running RMU reports in SQL Developer may fail.
