Purpose

A sample of how to load OCI DLL's on demand

Scope

You would like to distribute your product to customers that may or may not have Oracle clients installed on their machines without recompiling your code. If your application needs Oracle OCI DLL's then want the DLL's to be loaded otherwise do not want the DLL's to be loaded
