Symptoms
Environment:
HPUX-Itanium 11x
Oracle RAC 11.1.0.7 or 11.2.0.1
Starting the Listener using "lsnrctl start listener" the command succeeds.
Target and State of listener (and for 11.2 also the scan listener) is still OFFLINE.
Changes
This could be a newly installed RAC environment or an upgrade environment.
