OCI-based user applications fails on RHEL5 x86-64, with SELinux enabled. Loading the Oracle client library fails with "cannot restore segment prot after reloc" or 'nauk5mz_max_cryptosystem' or the file containing the function 'nnfgtent' is not compiled with -fpic/-fPIC
