Statement Using PL/SQL Through DB Link is failing With ORA-07445 [TTCFOPR]/ ORA-03113 (Doc ID 1086407.1)

Symptoms

A Statement using PL/SQL is issued through a DB Link and fails with an ORA-03113 returned to the client, in the alert log, the following error could be seen:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ttcfopr () +274] [SIGSEGV] [ Address not mapped to object] [0x00000001E] [] []
