Symptoms

While importing data with Data Pump Import it throws an error similar to below message, while creating local partitioned Text indexes:

Processing object type TABLE_EXPORT/TABLE/INDEX/DOMAIN_INDEX/INDEX
ORA-39083: Object type INDEX failed to create with error:
ORA-14024: number of partitions of LOCAL index must equal that of the underlying table
Failing sql is:
CREATE INDEX "OWNER"."INDEX_NAME" ON "OWNER"."TABLE_NAME" ("CTXALL") INDEXTYPE IS "CTXSYS"."CONTEXT" FILTER BY "VEROEFF_TS", "IMP_MANDANT", "SPERRE_FLAG", "SEITE_ID" ORDER BY "VEROEFF_TS" DESC, "SEITE_ID" DESC PARAMETERS ('
DATASTORE XDATASTORE_SEI_CTXALL
LEXER HUGOTEXT_LEXER
WORDLIST HUGOTEXT_WORDLIST
SECTION GROUP XSECTI

Thus the Text domain index is not being imported.
