After the Upgrade to 11gR2 we cannot Sign In with OID Users due to ORA-600 [kzldsearch2]

We have now upgraded the database to 220.127.116.11, but after the upgrade we cannot connect with OID Users into the database due to the following error seen in alert logfile:
Errors in file /usr/local/u01/diag/rdbms/orautv1/orautv1/trace/orautv1_ora_19214.trc (incident=79600):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kzldsearch2], [RDBMS to LDAP characterset conversion failed], , ,

Upgraded the databases to 18.104.22.168 or upgraded to Oracle 10.2.0.5 and applied the CPU January 2011 Patch Set and after which the OID authentication fails.
