Symptoms

With MEMORY_TARGET=300Mb and MEMORY_MAX_TARGET=1200Mb
customer gets an ORA-4031 during UTLRP.
This ORA-4031 does not occur with same MEMORY_TARGET=300Mb and smaller value MEMORY_MAX_TARGET=300Mb.
The ORA-4031 only occurs with larger value for MEMORY_MAX_TARGET.

Changes

The MEMORY_MAX_TARGET was increased to 1200Mb, from 300Mb.
Note, that setting MEMORY_TARGET at 300Mb is giving you
very tight shared pool, SGA and PGA targets.
