Shared Server Crash With ORA-7445 [kktTabTrgOutBinds] During ftp xml Doc Upload (Doc ID 1092183.1)

Symptoms

Uploading a document to the XDB repository via the FTP XDB protocol terminates unexpectedly and causes a shared server to crash with an ORA-7445 [kktTabTrgOutBinds()+1028] error.
