Symptoms
A connection pool with user/password in uppercase characters eg USER/PASSWORD is created using SOA 10.1.3.4 ASConsole to connect to Oracle Database.
Everything works fine with Oracle Database 10g.
When moving to Oracle Database 11g the first test connection works fine. Redoing the test connection always results on
