Running OCI application against RDBMS or lower and retrieving ROWID using scrollable cursor like

  1.   OCIStmtFetch2 / FETCH_FIRST
  2.   OCIStmtFetch2 / FETCH_NEXT
  3.   OCIStmtFetch2 / FETCH_FIRST

shows that ROWID from last FETCH_FIRST (step3.) is wrong or corrupt in opposite to first execution.
