Increased IO writing in RAC environments can be an affected by a change in MTTR behavior.
The setting of FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET may contrast with the estimated values from X$ESTIMATED_MTTR, and may therefore determine dirty blocks to be flushed out at maximum rate to offer crash recovery.
