Symptoms

You are attempting to compile a trigger and it fails with an ORA-600 [kkdlReadOnDiskDefVal: error] error

Example:

SQL> alter trigger trig1 compile;
alter trigger trig1 compile
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [kkdlReadOnDiskDefVal: error],
