Symptoms
Creation of a 10.2.0.4 database instance fails with ORA-15183 (ASMLIB initialization error [driver/agent not installed]) and ORA-600[kfkLoadByNum03], when using 11.2 ASM for its storage.

* All disk groups' compatible attributes (compatible.asm and compatible.rdbms) set to 10.1
* ASMLIB is loaded and runnning. '/sbin/oracleasm listdisks' and 'oracleasm-discover' show all disks.
