ORA-4030 with NLS_SORT=BINARY_CI and NLS_COMP=LINGUISTIC (Doc ID 1104714.1)

Symptoms

In a 11.2.0.1 database the following errors are reported:

ORA-4030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 72 bytes TCHK^e3264935,kkqwob(1))
ORA-4030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 184 bytes TCHK^e3264935,qksqb.c.kgght)
ORA-4030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 72 bytes TCHK^e3264935,kkqwob(1))

The trace file shows a sentence executed from the OEM:
