Unable To Import A 10.2 Dump Into A 11.2 Database (Doc ID 1105514.1)

Symptoms

11.2 IMP aborts without any error importing a dump exported from a database lower than 11.2 into a 11.2 database.

#> imp system/password FILE=INST_STD_CH.dmp FROMUSER=INST_STD_CH TOUSER=SCOTT

Import: Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production on Fri Apr 30 11:13:12 2010

There is no "Import terminated successfully without warnings." statement.

Import with parameter SHOW=Y mentions:
