In the 18.104.22.168 database, there are no invalid objects.
The DBA_REGISTRY shows all of the components as Valid, and at the correct version.
Verified the Timezone files were at Version 4, before starting the migration.
The pre-upgrade script (utlu111i.sql) did not report any problems.
The dbupgdiag.sql script did not report any problems (see Note 556610.1).
Issue the startup upgrade command.
Run the catupgrd.sql script.
The log shows the following error:
