Ora-04031 During Execution Of DBMS_JAVA.LOADJAVA

While creating a 11gR2 database during the JServer installation, you have the following error in the install.log:

BEGIN dbms_java.loadjava('-v -r -install -grant PUBLIC -s lib/xmlparserv2.jar rdbms/jlib/xdb.jar'); END;
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory ("java pool","unknown object","JOXLE^e2d44382",":SGAClass")
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_JAVA", line 655
ORA-06512: at line 1

 Similar errors have also been reported when applying PSU updates even in later versions.
