Symptoms

Problem Description
-------------------

When trying to create an instance on Windows NT/2000 (or more recent), the
Oracleservice for that instance needs to be generated using the ORADIM command.

When executing the Oradim command to create a Instance/Service the following 
error is generated:

    DIM-00019:Create Service Error

This is the ORADIM command that was executed:

    C:> oradim -new -sid <sid_name> -intpwd <password> -startmode <auto>
    -pfile d:\orant\database\init<sid_name>.ora

The error is found in the ORADIM.LOG.  This file is located in the 
ORACLE_HOME\RDBMS directory.
