RMAN LIST FAILURE fails with RMAN-3002 ORA-51020, EM shows DRA job DRA_REEVALUATE_OPEN_FAILURES fails (Doc ID 1108174.1)

Symptoms

The problem might be noticed initially in EM as follows:

DRA related job 'DRA_REEVALUATE_OPEN_FAILURES' is failing with following
errors in alert.log:

Wed Sep 02 22:00:02 2009
Create Relation HM_INFO
Errors in file /app/oracle/diag/rdbms/lasun250c02_prod/prod/trace/prod_j002_19773.trc:

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 11301
ORA-51020: parameter [Data File Number] not found in info
ORA-6512: at "SYS.DBMS_IR", line 522




RMAN 'LIST FAILURE' is failing with same error which indicates that Data Recovery Advisor feature is not working:

RMAN> list failure;

using target database control file instead of recovery catalog
