ORA-00600 [4819] occurs when syncronizing password (Doc ID 1109930.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE

ORA-00600 [4819] occurs when a password is syncronized to a remote database via remote procedure.
ALTER USER {username} IDENTIFIED BY {password};
The issue only occurs when there are 2 separate databases (local & remote database) are involved.
No issue occur when the password is handled locally.


CONFIGURATION
Database #1: (local database)

Database #2: (remote database)
