knllgobjinfo: MISSING Streams multi-version data dictionary!!! errors are reported on the capture database when indexes have been rebuilt.

In addition SYSTEM.LOGMNR_GTLO and possibly other logminer tables have rows added to them after online index rebuilds relating to temporary SYS_JOURNAL objects created while the rebuild is occurring. These are added for replicated and non-replicated objects.

These entries do not appear to be purged at any point and so the table(s) grow over time. If the number of index rebuilds is large and regular this can lead to a significant growth of these table(s) over time.
