Symptoms

When trying to start TimesTen it appears to hang and the following errors were observed.

TimesTen ttmesg logs:

TT14010: TimesTen daemon spawn failed: Could not spawn new subdaemon.
TT14000: TimesTen daemon internal error: unexpected err in bind 126
TT14000: TimesTen daemon internal error: Process terminating
TT14000: TimesTen daemon internal error: Error 95 in listen for address 0.0.0.0, process terminating


OS Error Translations (Solaris):

Changes

The TCP local loopback interface was incorrectly set to 0.0.0.0
