Symptoms
Errors occur when compiling a pl/sql package where a column had defined semantics (CHAR) in it's definition, and TDE was in use:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qctchr : bfl], [400], [50], [1], [873], [1], [0], [], [], [], [], []
