Intermittent ORA-7445 [audins()] When Database Vault Is Enabled

Some batch jobs are intermittently failing because of the following errors:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [audins()+2832] [SIGSEGV] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] [0x000000004]  
Current SQL statement for this session:
delete from ERRORS_LOG A where ((A.ID_PROCESS=:b1 and A.PROCESS_DATUM=:b2) and A.NAME=:b3)
