JMS Message Listeners Fail to Receive Notifications in RAC Environment (Doc ID 1116605.1)

Symptoms

RAC database  ; JMS Message Notification

sys.reg$ entry present for JMS client which contains the name of the client host / port combination e.g.

SUBSCRIPTION_NAME LOCATION_NAME
----------------------------- ----------------------
"QUSER"."NE_RESPONSE" jmsc://sprodne:1788

The entry is subsequently removed from sys.reg$ when a message is enqueued but the client
does not receive the notification.
